Nyx's Chaos rework (Psychic Control mode)

Last devstream talked about Nyx going to get her changes to her Mind Control, Psychic Bolts and Absorb abilities (Absorb didn't mentioned but might get rework), and her passive to reduce accuracy of enemy attack.

Now this is just my feedback on Nyx's Chaos or rather new "Psychic Command" that just add new functions to the original Chaos.

Chaos or Psychic Command now have 4 set of micro skills which can be rolled by pressing the hotkey ability. Holding the hotkey ability will cast the current selected debuff and replace previous debuff.

1st Micro skill - Aggression

This is the original Chaos debuff. Every enemy affected by this will attack anyone on sight.

2nd Micro skill - Defend

This is new one, Defend mode will force current chaos affected enemies (and enemies that will get the debuff within Nyx's range) will be commanded to protect Nyx, her allies and her objectives from the enemies. Which also they never attack Nyx and her allies until the duration runs out or other micro skill is cast to replace the debuff.

3rd Micro skill - Pacify

This ability it work as Nekros' Terrify second ability (without armor reduction) . It will cause current chaos affected enemies (and enemies that will get the debuff within Nyx's range) will go fleeing from Nyx and her allies until duration runs out.

4th Micro skill - Power

This ability is for Absorb ability. Power will force current chaos affected enemies (and enemies that will get the debuff within Nyx's range) to attack Nyx ONLY if she enters Absorb mode ability. Any chaos affected enemies that attack during the duration of Power will reduce Nyx's consumption of energy during Absorb by half.

Chaos Sphere augment should stay the same to trigger more debuff on incoming enemies.

Obviously this rework is like Khora's Venari command mode.

This is to make her more diverse in "crowd control type".
