No Ostron Standing?

I started playing Warframe about a week ago, and starting last night, I haven't been getting any Ostron Standing from bounties. I've done several bounties, yet I'm stuck at 200 Ostron Standing.

I've tried selling my gems for Ostron Standing too, but it tells me I have 0 times left to do it even though I've never done it yet. This is getting really frustrating and I don't know what to do because it's stopping me from making any progress in the game.

Omg, I'm in the same boat! I fixed it once after spending some standing on something cheap. But this is getting a pain in my butt, grinding hours only to find you're still at just a few thousand, when you should be much much more! I might just rage quit these neutral factions. No point in "whipping a dead horse".
