2 Odd Bugs with Throwing Glaives

So 2 bugs with the glaives

1st one may not be a bug, but throwing a glaive doesn't refresh the combo counter. This seems fairly important for a melee weapon, as even with drifting contact I often lose a large number of stacks when taking out enemies at medium range. IMHO, it's a thrown melee weapon, it should count as a hit on the combo otherwise we lose a lot of damage.

2nd bug appeared last update, if dual wielding a glaive and attack speed is unmodded, often fully charging and throwing the glaive counts as a perfect throw (the blue period when throwing) even if you miss the prompt. If attack speed is modded in any way this doesn't seem to happen. It also looks like it's not just a UI bug as the blast generally does perfect throw damage numbers. Usually happens many times in a row then stops, is sporadic.

Misc Thoughts:
Possibly enabling stance combos while dual wielding for more natural melee gameplay?
( without the default stuttering DW combo )
