Paracesis quest

I'm a mastery 10 valkyr prime and I want the paracesis so much. I have been unable to get the quest, and I don't know why. I play on ps4 and I have been in my personal quarters room many times, without receiving the quest. I completed the sacrifice the day the quest went out and I really want that weapon,these past days I have been farming it's materials(I saw them on warframe wiki)and I really don't know what to do. Can someone help me?

Are you sure you aren't in the middle of another quest?

Chimera isn't live for consoles yet, isn't it?

AFAIK, it's on the PC build. Consoles get it later.
