Teleport then unable to move on survival mission

I queued up for a survival mission on Sedna Selkie and after a few minutes the Stalker appeared, I fought him for a while but as he was close to death something teleported me across the map, it looked really weird, like some kind of rubberband lag, after it stopped I was unable to move or take any action leading me to dying and the mission ending, after I got back to the ship the game let me move again, I have taken a screenshot but I don't know how much it could tell as it just looks like I am not moving
