0 Xzorn
Well, assuming the arm shares the same Armor scaling as the rest of the enemy. It would have 1,456 Alloy armor. If you used Lanka as pure Radiation then 75% of that armor value would be ignored bringing it down to 364 which is 54.8% mitigation against Radiation specifically that also gains +75% bonus damage against Alloy. You would need to find the minimum damage needed to bust a limb and then reverse engineer the armor double dip effect. Though technically no one is going to use anything but Radiation against an Eidolon but if you wanted that number on paper then that's what you'd have to do. That's if you're looking for eHP which is not the same as total HP or raw HP.
0 DaCrazyFish
Maybe you mean base Health instead of effective? Because effective depends on your armor penetration (that's why everybody uses Radioactive damage vs Tridolon) and equals: base Health * (300 + Armor) / Armor - where Armor is: base Armor * armor reduction. From my observations Tridolon limbs have roughly 1/6 of total Health. Teralyst under 100k, Gantulyst under 110k and Hydrolyst under 120k.
