almost stuck

so during the sortie i went into operator and dashed around. right as the screen went black as i droppd my frame in a hole i hit 5 to pull my warframe to me. after that i was just "walking slowly". couldnt run jump shoot use any abilities or even move outside of the auto movement. i could use both mouse buttons to change my direction. my team said i was walking slow but on my screen their was no animations at all.
