Stuck in wall on hallowed nightmares time attack

This is the second time this has happened where my group kills the jackonaut with plenty of time to spare for once and I get stuck inside the tree glitched into the wood which makes us fail the whole getting it with 666 score or better. I know I've been reported for it more than likely. I just want to know if anyone ever thought about fixing the problem or if since there's only 2 days left you just say screw it. Its pretty irritating to the people have attempted the run for countless hours with groups that just want to beat the jugs face instead of communicating. Then finally getting a good group and someone (including jug) gets texturally stuck in a big ole tree. I mean come on now.
