Malak-al-Maut
Cernos Prime horizontal and vertical shot works in a very similar, and imho better, way than Ivara's Artemis Bow. Additionally, Cernos Prime is better than the Artemis Bow in nearly every way and it doesn't have the mod restrictions. I understand most people don't use Ivara for her 4 ability, but given it is an exalted weapon shouldn't it be better? At this point, Ivara's ultimate is basically useless. The Cernos Prime pales in comparison. It even beats the Lenz if you use the augment. Try building your Artemis Bow better

Puncture/Radiation moded Artemis Bow with 170% Power one-shots any enemy, including armored grineers, up-to 110th level. Combine ^ with 145% Range and Concentrated Arrow augment and you will one-shot everything in 10 meter radius on every headshot, including most armored grineers, up-to 110th level. Radiation moded Artemis Bow with 359% Power two-shots Tridolon limbs without Void Strike from Madurai school. Anyway Cernos Prime != Artemis Bow, simply because latter do full damage without charging. If you want to use Artemis Bow as AoE weapon, then mod it with (Primed) Shred. Solarsyphon
The only thing cernos prime has up on Artimis bow is the fashion The Artemis could do with some energy effects or something to look more ... magical

Birdframe_Prime
Genuinely... As far as actual Bow weapons go, Artemis is the literal strongest one. I mean, have you even seen the ridiculousness that is Concentrated Arrow with Hunter Munitions? You're literally able to sit and stare at a group of enemies as they suffer from massive bleed from the radial explosion alone, not even counting the damage that it can reach on the base headshot. The only thing I think that you may, just possibly, be missing to this is the basic maths: Cernos Prime, base damage 180. Multi-shot is inbuilt, not additive, so actual damage per arrow is 60. Artemis Bow, base damage is 160 per arrow, with a 1.5x Damage multiplier on top at rank 30. So 240 damage per projectile for 7 arrows, meaning a base damage across the entire burst of 1680. Now. It does not matter what build you put on the Cernos. With the base mathematical difference being that high, the Cernos will never, not even with a Riven, be as good as the Artemis Bow. When each arrow from Artemis is doing a base damage that's more than double that of the arrows from the Cernos, you have no chance.

(PSN)deathwolfclaw666
Totally agree Artemis is weak and needs a buff of 1.5-2X the amount of damage it does now. ;)
xXDeadsinxX
Are you sure you’re using the same Ivara? ‘Cause from my understanding, Artemis Bow is an incredibility strong exalted weapon that can easily take down sortie level enemies pretty quickly. Loooooool her bow is incredibly powerful. You can topple the Eidolon with her bow. Do that with cernos. Plus her bow dmg is multiplied by her power strength as well as mods.
