Obtained 30 x 30 Minute Credit Boosters from Rare Derelict Container,
but the UI says I only have 15 minutes.

30 x 30 = 900
900 seconds is 15 minutes
900 minutes is 15 hours

Either,
UI bug said I got 30 x 30 minutes, when I actually got 30 x 30 seconds.
Or,
I was meant to get 30 x 30 minutes, but got 30 x 30 seconds instead.

Either way it's a bug, either a UI bug, or other.

How long were you in the mission after getting container... the booster usually starts from the instant you get it (or it has in my experience), not when the mission ends, so it's possible you did get the full 30 minutes but you were just in the mission for another 15 minutes after opening the container reducing what you see on the home screen.

Indeed, it is supposed to be 30 minutes and is a visual bug.

I have seen this problem before.

And "60 x 60" minute booster happened again one day before this reply.

Yep, the titles in game when you get them have been bugged for a while now.
