Why does it say im a Silver Initiate?

Sorry, i know it isn't that important, but i would like to know the reason why in this site it says im a silver initiate even though, (right now as i'm writing this) that i'm a gold seeker "Level 12" on warframe right now.. Isn't silver initiate like, level 2 or something? i'd like some answers!

Forum ranking isn't the same as in game ranking.  It's based on how many posts you've made here, nothing more.

Oh okay, cool. Thanks! For clarifying. I didn't know there were two seperate rankings..

But what if that encourages other people to spam unimportant forum posts just to get a high forum ranking?

Doubtful. If someone spams the forums just to get a high forum rank then they will be breaking one of the guidelines, which they will eventually receive warnings and further consequences if they don’t follow to do so. As said here in the guidelines:
