Reproducible Chat Bug: Tapping Caps Lock and Shift at the same time causes a chat glitch

After pressing Caps Lock and Shift simultaneously, an action appears similar to when linking mods and items in chat. However, instead of providing actual autofill chat links, it creates gibberish. Many words and letters become impossible to type, and many are replaced by asterisks. Pressing Caps Lock and Shift simultaneously again will turn chat back to normal.
