SPECTRUM: the tri elemental chimera repost

Note: this is a repost of a previous idea that i had and this is supposed to be a crossover frame.

So this is my general idea for a destiny guardian based warframe: SPECTRUM.

Warframe profile trailer:(lotus) this is SPECTRUM, the chimera, the guardian. he maybe appear to be weak but he's more powerful than you think.

(Lotus) he has a unique passive acting as multiple different passives, out of combat health regen, tripple jumps, guaranteed energy orbs on enemies he killed, even his abilities take no energy, but his most deadly is the fact that he has a second form activated when he gets enough energy.

(Because I'm to lazy to write down the abilities im just going to skip over them)

(Lotus) will you be able to control spectrum's power, or will you fall victim to the beast within.

Lore: he was once a guardian, one of the travelers chosen, until one mission he was captured by ballas and made into the warframe you see before you.

Passive:

energy based rage form which activates automatically (seriously you dont have to press a button for it, just get enough energy) with powerful stats abilities but at the cost of no energy at the start/it drains energy in rage form. It can also preform a tripple jump. The First Two jumps are normal, but the third lifts the warframe up and can glide but for a limited time. Kind of like a mix of warlocks glide and titans lift from DESTINY 1&2. And the abilities cost no energy in base mode but have cooldowns before you can use it again. guaranteed energy drops on kills and a passive health regen when not damaged for a time. 10 health per second.(edit: normal abilities have different damage types and effects depending on. Your energy color. Orange = fire, cyan = electricity, purple = void.)

(note: orange focuses around offense and defense, cyan focuses around support and offense, and void focuses around defense and support.)

see him looking like a fusion of all three destiny classes (Warlock, Titan, Hunter) with a mix of their animals (eagle, lion, snake) and during his rage form he becomes more like a monster (running his legs and his left arm) but still looking like a warframe.

(Normal mode): classic destiny animations with some extra animations from warframe, when idol you see him messing around with his light creating shapes before dispersing it. (RAGE mode): more monster like animations of the destiny animations, when idol you see him use his light, making it into the heads of destiny 1&2 villains (uldren, oryx, riven, ghaul, ect) on pikes, while taking out one of his knifes and moving it in front of his neck to make a cutting motion as threat to the enemies.

Agile:

(normal mode): more agile version of the destiny animations, while idol he takes a knife and throws it in the air while catching it a few times before returning to his agile stance. (RAGE mode): looks more like a wild animal (moving on both arms and legs) with his primary and secondary weapons in a slot on his shoulders and his melee in his hands, while idol he rears back and roars for a little bit before going back to his rage animation.

Noble:

(Normal mode): looks more regal and refined while also looking impatient (little twitches here and there), while idol he looks around creating light constructs around him before dispersing them and returning to his noble animation. (RAGE mode): looks more tamed than the other RAGE animations (like a guard animal), while idol he stretches out his limbs looking around the area.

Transformation: when he shifts between his 2 forms, he grabs the top of his head and scearms while he transforms.

Ability 1: (grenade toss) throws a grenade high damage low aoe. RAGE MODE (NOVA BOMB) bigger strong version  of the grenade that tracks enemies.

Cyan: sticks onto surfaces/ lightening bolts rain down on the area/ stuns enemies hit by gernade throw.

Casting Animation: (normal) he makes a ball of energy in the palm of his hand and throws it. (RAGE) he levitates and spins while forming the nova bomb in both his hands then he unleashes it onto his enemies.

Ability 2: (smite) attack a enemy in front of you with a three hit melee attack (1. shoulder charge, 2. knife stab, 3. hand burst). RAGE MODE ( STORMTRANCE) drain energy to fire electricity out of you hands. or to better phrase it (UNLIMITED POWAAAAAAAAH).

Orange: can target three low health enemies/ apply burn proc on enemies hit.

Cyan: improve team abilities on kills/ stun enemies hit with the hand blast.

Purple: weaken enemies and steal their sheilds(can oversheild)/ life steal... Just life steal.

Augment: chaos reach. (RAGE) Fire a laser of pure electricity with the cost of no movement.

Ability 3: (knife throw) throws an explosive knife at enemies. RAGE MODE (KNIFE TRICK) throw a 12 explosive knifes at all enemies in front of you.

Augment: hammer throw. (Normal) Throws a hammer that explodes on contact. (RAGE) throws twelve hammers in a row.

Casting Animation: (normal) throws a knife. (RAGE) knifes appear in between his fingers which he throws at enemies.

Ability 4: (trenches) place down a healing & empowering rift and a rally barricade on your spot. RAGE MODE (FORTESS) place down a ward of dawn and a well of radiance on your spot. A beam of pure energy fires from the hilt of the sword at enemies who get to close.

Orange: small fire turret/ increased bonus damage by 25% .

Cyan: summon a small ball of electricity that targets enemies/ rift sends out shock waves.

Purple: stronger barriers/ increased healing by 50%.

Augment: get behind me. (Normal) the barricade becomes a towering barricade that you can shot through at the cost of being weaker and the cooldown time becoming 45 seconds.

Casting Animation: (normal) a combination of the titans barricade and warlocks rift casting animation from destiny. (RAGE) he sticks a flaming sword in the ground. then a surge of energy goes out leaving the ability.

Mod effects:

Energy max: increases both how much energy you have during rage form and how much energy it takes.

Ability range: increases tracking range, trenches effect radius, and how far the abilities travel.

Ability duration: increases how long the abilities last for, increases positive status effects time.

Ability strength: increases power of abilities, increases health of trenches and fortress barricade health.

Ability efficiency: decreases cooldowns on abilities, increases the amount of time spectrum can stay in rage form.

Health/armor/sheilds: increases health/armor/sheilds of both normal and rage forms.

Mobility mods: increases maneuverability.

 

Spectrums base mode even when unranked has a high energy cap at 200 and is very mobile however has low health/ armor/ and shields, but his rage mode still has his 200 energy and mobility while getting a ton of health, damage, armor, and shields. To make a long story short spectrum is a very high risk/ very high reward support frame loads of energy with little to no self defense. He's best used as a helping frame, healing teammates in normal mode while dealing major damage in rage mode.

Alright now for his special items and trailer. These can all be unlocked by purchasing The Vanguard bundle.

Ahamkara helmet: looks like a combination of the nezarecs sin, celestial nighthawk, and mask of the quiet one exotic helmets, during rage form they transform into a dragon like head (almost like rivens head from destiny 2).

Armor set:

Hunters courage: a wartorn cloak with the vanguard symbol and a red spade on the back of it. (If on spectrum during rage mode spectum grows a set of wings that flap around when he jumps.)

Warlocks wisdom: shoulder guards with vanguard symbols on them. the left side having a bond on the left arm and the right having a rope tier around the right arm. (If on spectrum during rage mode spectrum gains some spikes on his shoulders and shoulder slots.)

Titans strength: the left side gives the bottom part of the robe and the right the titan mark. They have the vanguard symbol on them of course. (if one spectrum during rage mode he gains a tail that moves around.)

Vanguard authority: this chestpeice has the top part of the robe, ammo belts, and the vanguard symbol on it and grants additional armor on the rest of the body, But only a little. (If on spectrum during rage mode he gains a combination of scales, fur, and feathers over some parts of his body.)

Primary name: SHADOWSUN CROSSBOW. Go play mind games with your enemies.

Secret ability: This weapons bolts can tether and weaken enemies nearby while causing mayhem with a firey explosion.

Noise: silent bolts/alarming explosion

Appearance: i can see this looking like it was put together with scrap and weapon parts of enemies long dead with a container with energy in the middle.

Secondary name: IRON WOLFS. Use skoll and hati(4.) to kill all who a stupid enough to shoot at you.

Secret ability: this weapon was made to fire lock-on cluster rockets at an unsurpassed rate for launchers. With a high reload time, a long lock-on time, and the ability to pick up shotgun(100) and rifle(50) ammo it is quite resourceful. Melees cause you to slam the ground with the launcher's base.

Trigger: auto (while aiming down sights) lock on salvo

Accuracy: 50% (locked on to enemies) 100%

Lock on time: 3 seconds

Lock on amount: 10

Fire rate: 5 rockets per second

Reload time: 5 seconds

Magazine: 50 rockets (the salvo will match the rounds required to kill the enemies.)

Secret ability: This is a strange weapon a sheild, a blade, and a polearm that is confusing to say the least.(part sword, hammer, bladed staff, knife) its attack animation is strange however its very effective. It's length also allows it to use quick slashes while sheathed.

Chain attacks: 6 attacks in a chain

Channeling multiplier: 1.5×

Block resist: 100%

Trailer:

Setting: Earth mountain forest, location unknown but near a crashed grineership, Midnight.

In the depths of the forest, all is peaceful, until a grineer ship crashes and lands in the forest. 2 smaller ships fall down not to far from the crash site and a single escape pod falls down farther away. The only survivors of the crash are 24 grineer soldiers. (Flashback to when the ship was not destroyed) a single peice of cargo in a grineer lab with a full battalion of grineer soldier's guarding it. (Back to present time) the survivors managed to regroup with one another, they try to call for back-up but the coms are dead. One grineer lancer notices some ruins nearby and tells his superior a captain who's not important and very incompetent decides its a good place to set up camp, unbeknownst to them something is following them. (Flashback) the containers only exit is destroyed taking out 20 grineer heavy gunners, the rest of the grineer alarmed by this decide to point their weapons at the now open container, then a knife is thrown out of the containers hiting the grineer in the front killing the grineer instantly, the other grineer surrounding their dead comrade, then as soon as the grineer put the peices together it was to late as the grineer were killed by a explosion originating from the knife. Panic ensues on the ship with most grineer going towards the lab while some fleeing, these were the survivors. while this is going on, spectrum walks out of the container, his energy color constantly cycling between orange, cyan, purple, and grabs his weapons off a table nearby. Some grineer spot him and start firing on him. Spectrum spots them, casts his trenches, and throws his gernade at the grineer. one grineer managed to get close but he makes short work of it by casting his smite ability, then he throws a knife at the poor grineers knee. The grineer noticing this starts to panic before the knife explodes. Back in the present, the grineer managed get to the ruins. They soon realise that the ruins were some sort of watchtower/temple hybrid. Some time passes and they got the doors open. A flashback occurs we see spectrum tearing through all of the grineer on the ship while he is also destroying the ship... All except for a single escape pod. Back to the present the grineer finally set up the camp, then spectrum roars as he transforms into his monstrous form as the grineer realise that he has been following them this entire time. Then it switches to the final sceen with a t.p.o.v. switching between the captain, and spectrum while he is killing all the grineer at the ruins with his abilities, and weapons. The captain with no men and no where left to go other than the temple proceeds to run inside with spectrum following. It is then revealed that the ruins were the iron temple in the chase sceen that follows. The captain in the chamber of the iron lords then proceeds to hide behind the iron lords medallion. He looks around it and spectrum is nowhere to be found. The captain thinking he's safe proceeds to lean on the medallion, then spectrum is revealed to be on top of the medallion with the captain seeing him to late, then it cuts to outside the iron temple where we can only here the screams of the grineer captain as spectrum proceeds to kill him. Later on we see spectrum burning the grineer corpses, reigniting the bonfire in the temple as he closes the doors of the iron temple.

(AND YES I KNOW IT MAYBE TO LONG BUT I HAVE NOTHING BETTER.)

 

How to get him:

You get him from the lost light quest. If sold then you can buy his blueprint from the market, and you can find the rest from playing arena missions (chassis from prison of elders, systems from the index, and neuroptics from rathuum).

Intro:

Ordis tells the operator that he discovered a grineer crash site on earth and asks you to investigate.

Mission 1: investigate the crash site.

Spoiler

Location: everest, earth

Tile set: grineer mountain forest crash site/ iron temple

Mission type: quest

You arrive in the crashed ship. As you roam arround ordis tells you that he is picking up on a signal nearby. Once he has a lock on the signal a waypoint appears leading you towards the iron temple. You then have to defend the doors for 5 waves as you open them. The emenies that you have to defend from are the grineer, ghouls, infested, feral kubrows, and during the final wave you have to defend the doors from the fallen from destiny. The doors being destroyed will result in a mission fail. Once you open the doors, You then have to search for the signal. You find the corpse of the grineer captian with a log beside it. Once you pick up the log spectrum appears and tries to kill you, its at this point that ordis tells you to run for extraction.

Aftermath: once your back on you orbiter ordis looks into the logs which he discovers that the captian took an A.I. from spectrum, and sold it to the corpus. Ordis urges you to find it.

Mission 2: recover the "A.I.".

Tile set: corpus ship

Mission type: quest

You arrive on the corpus transport ship ordis tells you that they split the code into three seprate parts. The first part acts like a spy mission where you have to collect all three. losing one will result in a mission failure. Once you got all three ordis says that he will need time to sort remake the "A.I."s code. The second part is acts like a corpus survival mission. Once you reach the final strech ordis tells you that unknown enemie signatures have appeared on the ship. The final part of the mission acts like a crossfire survival mission between the corpus and the destiny series vex. Once you survived for long enough, ordis tells you  to get to extraction.

Aftermath: once back on the ship ordis tells you he is done restoring the "A.I." when all of a sudden he starts to glitch out more than usual. Once this is done it is revealed that the "A.I." is a Ghost (who is voiced by peter dinklage or nolan north either or works). He asks a few questions where am i? why am i a ship? Who are you? Where's my guardian? Before he says i dont want to be a ship, he says "look I don't have time to explain why i don't have time to understand why i don't have time to explain."(5.), and gives you the coordinates for his ghost shell.

Mission 3: search for a ghost shell.

Tile set: grineer ship

Mission type: quest

After you arrive the ghost (who reveals his name to be beowulf) tells you that there is a ghost shell nearby. This part of the mission is an excavation where you have to defend an extractor from hordes of grineer and corpus. The first one is not very successful only weilding a shell fragment, and beowolf tells you to keep searching. When you set the next extractor down he tells you that fallen and vex are coming, of course the operator asks what they are and beowulf tells the operator the gist of what the vex and fallen are. When the extractor is done its revealed that was not a full ghost shell but almost completed. Beowulf tells you that you only need one more part (the eye bit which has the actual ghosts personality) to have enough for a ghost shell. Beowulf then detects enemy movement, realising what the enemies are. He then reveals that the cabal are going towards you. When The final extractor is activated you have to defend it from hordes of cabal for 1 minute, after which beowulf tells you to get to extraction.

Aftermath: once you rebuild the ghost shell (which takes 5 minutes). Beowulf transfers himself into it, and of course ordis comes back (yay) with a few questions of his own and beowulf tells you and ordis everything including the fact that spectrum is his guardian. Of course ordis tells the rest of the gang (all the factions, simaris, teshin, maroo, clem and darvo.) about beowulf and everthing he knows. Simaris, curious about beowulf, wants to meet him and wants to include him in the sanctuary. But before you go an inbox message appears and tells you to meet up at their coordinates. You go to simaris first and they chat for a while before simaris asks him if he wants to join the sanctuary. Beowulf says no and you go on your way.

Mission 4: go to the mystery ally's coordinates.

Location: unkown location, earth

Tile set: forest, last city, the tower, twilight gap

Mission type: quest

When you land ordis puts a waypoint on your map, and tells you to go there. The first part of this mission is just walking towards the way point while ordis and beowulf talks about what they have been through. when you get to the waypoint it is revealed that it's the last city. This will act like a base of operations. Of course you meet the vanguard (zavala, ikora, and whoever bungie makes the new hunter vanguard), and before you introduce yourselfs the city is under attack by the grineer. You then have to defend the gates of the last city for 10 waves while airstrikes rain down on you. After which you'll be out numbered by grineer, then just when all hope is lost reinforcements from all factions appear and help you. You then have to suvive for 10 more waves without airstrikes.

Aftermath: you discover that the last city has joined forces with the tenno and wants revenge. They then send you to lua to cause a distraction while they plant bombs on the main grineer base. The last city also becomes a permanent node on your starchart and acts like a relay that can't be destroyed.

Mission 5: cause a distraction on lua.

Tile set: orokin towers, hive tunnels

Mission type: quest

When you arrive you are reinformed of the planned to distract the grineer. In the first part of the mission you have to survive for ten minutes while also killing grineer to cause a distraction. After you survived for the 10 minutes you are informed the get to extraction, however When you get near extraction. The floor collapses and beowulf follows you, and of course the hive dug some tunnels underneath the floor. you tell ordis to go back to orbit and wait till you find a suitable extraction point. Beuwolf tells you of the hive, Crota and his father, Oryx, and about the taken. You have to fight through hordes of hive, sentient's, and taken (including taken versions of all the common enemies). When you find a place to extract beowulf give's ordis the signal and your coordinates so that he can extract you.the final part of the mission and it acts like a 5 round defense mission.

Aftermath: once you extract beowulf tells you how to get on spectrums good side. He tells you about the scorn and how their leaders permakilled Cayde-6(the previous hunter vanguard) and his ghost. After he finishes you get the option to say one of three things. (depending on the choice you get a different response from beowulf.)

Sun: well, what are we waiting for?

Neutral: i hope this works.

Moon: lets go cause some chaos!

After you choose (and the response from beowulf plays) beowulf gives you the coordinates to a landing point in the tangled shore. He also states that you'll have to meet with an old friend.

Mission 6: cause mayhem in the tangled shore.

Mission type: quest

When you arrive, beowulf contacts his friend (who turns out to be the Spider from d2), and announces that he brought company other than the guardian. This shocks the Spider, and he asks that you come to him in person. When you arrive a cutsceen plays where you talk to the Spider as he tells you what went down in the tangle shore and reveals that 1)the vex, sentients, corpus, grineer, taken, and infested have occupied the tangled shore, 2)the prison of elders has been remade bigger with the same purpose as before (new arena), 3) new animals and bases have been constructed, and 4) there where scorn defectors (to lazy to make up a name for them) which surpises beowulf. After the Spider tells you this he asks you to do several tasks. 1) stop enemies from getting supplies, 2) disarm enemy explosives (basically an interception mission but with bombs), 3) capture a live animal so he can sell it to the business, 4) assassinate an enemy commander, 5) capture an enemy wanted by the prison of elders, 6) steal enemy information (spy bounty), and. Finally 7) escort a vehicle full of (insert name for scorn defectors here) to extraction. If you fail one of these you fail the mission. Once you complete the tasks, beowulf tells you that you caused enough chaos for one day, but before you can leave the Spider tells you to come back. When you do go to the Spider it initiates a cutsceen where he tells you go into operator mode, and gives you a melee weapon for you operator as thanks for helping him.

Aftermath: when you arrive on your ship beowulf tells you that it's time to confront Spectrum to use transference on him. Completing this mission unlocks the reef on the starchart, and the Spiders base (which acts like a combination of cetus, maroos bazaar, and a relay), the tangled shore (free roam mission), and the prison of elders (arena) is unlocked.

Last mission: confront spectrum.

You arrive in front of the door to the iron temple, knowing what must be done beowulf tell you to defend him and the door while he gets it opened. This prompts a grueling 13 wave defense where the grineer, corpus, infested, fallen, ghouls, hive, cabal, vex, sentients, scorn, taken, feral kubrows, and void corrupted enemies. When you are done with the defense part of the mission, the doors open and beowulf tells you to go inside. While you go to the center of the iron temple the void demon talks to you telling you that its to late and he already has a body. When you arrive you find out that the body that the void demon was talking about is Spectrum. This activates an assassination like mission similar to the mission where you get umbra to activate. While you are in operator mode (because you told ordis to go take your warframe), the void demon uses all of spectrum's abilities during the fight (including his passive). This fight is split into 4 parts,  the first part he uses his abilities sparingly and uses fire mode. The second part he uses his abilities a little bit more aggressively and uses void mode, the third part he uses his abilities very aggressively and uses electric mode. And the final part he uses all his abilities as often as he can and uses all three modes at once. When you defeat spectrum beowulf tells you to use transference on spectrum. When you do this triggers a cutsceen where you are in a third person p.o.v. and you see that spectrum is talking to cayde-6 before his death after the red war about the future. Its then revealed that cayde was spectrum's only friend and that spectrum knows your there. Spectrum tells you that he has given beowulf to you and that you deserve to be a guardian, he's tired of fighting anyway. This prompts the last choice in the quest.

Sun: "I'll take care of beowulf."

Neutral: "you've done enough, rest now."

Moon: "are you sure that you can give your ghost away?"

After you choose, spectrum fades away and you are sent back to the iron temple. You tell beowulf what happened, and beowulf says that spectrum said that he grew tired of all the wars that the guardians went through to protect the last of humanity. Ordis tells you to get to extraction.

Epilogue:

When you get back to the ship beowulf says this line. "Jacob, my guardians name was jacob. We chose to investigate the old orokin ruins but we were intercepted by ballas and his sentients." of course he tells you to remember him and gives you a special color palette (named remembrance) and tells you that he finished that and some weapons before the ruins. Beowulf then tells you to go to his house in the last city to get his weapons. This permanently unlocks Jacob's house in the last city, which servers as a base of operations for you besides your orbiter. Once you acquire these beowulf tells you "eyes up guardian(6.), its a beautifully deadly universe out there." and thus ends the quest.

When completed you unlock Jacob's recordings in the codex. These highlight important events during his time as a guardian. (fall of crota, the taken war, the red war, the leviathan raid, Cayde-6's death, the hunt for caydes killers, the curse on the dreaming city, ect.)

1. Spectrums rage and normal mode is based on Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

2. When entering Spectrums rage form he makes the enemies focus on him for a short time (you can also here a warframe version of regicide from destiny: taken king).

3. Fire is solar, electric is arc, and void is void (obviously).

4. The iron wolfs' names are referencing skoll and hati from norse mythology.

5. Referencing  the "i got no time to explain." quotes.

6. First words ever spoken to all guardians.

It can also preform a tripple jump. The First Two jumps are normal, but the third lifts the warframe up and can glide but for a limited time. Kind of like a mix of warlocks glide and titans lift from DESTINY 1&2. And the abilities cost no energy in base mode but have cooldowns before you can use it again. guaranteed energy drops on kills and a passive health regen when not damaged for a time. 10 health per second.(edit: normal abilities have different damage types and effects depending on. Your energy color. Orange = fire, cyan = electricity, purple = void.)

I see him looking like a fusion of all three destiny classes (Warlock, Titan, Hunter) with a mix of their animals (eagle, lion, snake) and during his rage form he becomes more like a monster (running his legs and his left arm) but still looking like a warframe.

(Normal mode): classic destiny animations with some extra animations from warframe, when idol you see him messing around with his light creating shapes before dispersing it. (RAGE mode): more monster like animations of the destiny animations, when idol you see him use his light, making it into the heads of destiny 1&2 villains (uldren, oryx, riven, ghaul, ect) on pikes, while taking out one of his knifes and moving it in front of his neck to make a cutting motion as threat to the enemies.

(Normal mode): looks more regal and refined while also looking impatient (little twitches here and there), while idol he looks around creating light constructs around him before dispersing them and returning to his normal animation. Transformation: when he shifts between his 2 forms, he grabs the top of his head and scearms while he transforms.

Casting Animation: (normal) a combination of the titans barricade and warlocks rift casting animation from destiny. (RAGE) he sticks a flaming sword in the ground. then a surge of energy goes out leaving the ability.

 

Spectrums base mode has a decent energy cap at 100 and is very mobile however has low health/ armor/ and sheilds, but his rage mode still has his 100 energy and mobility while getting a ton of health damage and sheilds. To make a long story short spectrum is a very high risk/ very high reward support frame loads of energy with little to no self defense. He's best used as a helping frame, healing teammates in normal mode while dealing major damage in rage mode.

Alright now for his special items and trailer. These can all be unlocked by purchasing The Vanguard bundle.

Ahamkara helmet: looks like a combination of the nezarecs sin, celestial nighthawk, and mask of the quiet one exotic helmets, during rage form they transform into a dragon like head (almost like rivens head from destiny 2).

Hunters courage: a wartorn cloak with the vanguard symbol and a red spade on the back of it. (If on spectrum during rage mode spectum grows a set of wings that flap around when he jumps.)

Warlocks wisdom: shoulder guards with vanguard symbols on them. the left side having a bond on the left arm and the right having a rope tier around the right arm. (If on spectrum during rage mode spectrum gains some spikes on his shoulders and shoulder slots.)

Titans strength: the left side gives the bottom part of the robe and the right the titan mark. They have the vanguard symbol on them of course. (if one spectrum during rage mode he gains a tail that moves around.)

Vanguard authority: this chestpeice has the top part of the robe, ammo belts, and the vanguard symbol on it and grants additional armor on the rest of the body, But only a little. (If on spectrum during rage mode he gains a combination of scales, fur, and feathers over some parts of his body.)

Setting: Earth mountain forest, location unknown but near a crashed grineership, Midnight.

In the depths of the forest, all is peaceful, until a grineer ship crashes and lands in the forest. 2 smaller ships fall down not to far from the crash site and a single escape pod falls down farther away. The only survivors of the crash are 24 grineer soldiers. (Flashback to when the ship was not destroyed) a single peice of cargo in a grineer lab with a full battalion of grineer soldier's guarding it. (Back to present time) the survivors managed to regroup with one another, they try to call for back-up but the coms are dead. One grineer lancer notices some ruins nearby and tells his superior a captain who's not important and very incompetent decides its a good place to set up camp, unbeknownst to them something is following them. (Flashback) the containers only exit is destroyed taking out 20 grineer heavy gunners, the rest of the grineer alarmed by this decide to point their weapons at the now open container, then a knife is thrown out of the containers hiting the grineer in the front killing the grineer instantly, the other grineer surrounding their dead comrade, then as soon as the grineer put the peices together it was to late as the grineer were killed by a explosion originating from the knife. Panic ensues on the ship with most grineer going towards the lab while some fleeing, these were the survivors. while this is going on, spectrum walks out of the container, his energy color constantly cycling between orange, cyan, purple, and grabs his weapons off a table nearby. Some grineer spot him and start firing on him. Spectrum spots them, casts his trenches, and throws his gernade at the grineer. one grineer managed to get close but he makes short work of it by casting his smite ability, then he throws a knife at the poor grineers knee. The grineer noticing this starts to panic before the knife explodes. Back in the present, the grineer managed get to the ruins. They soon realise that the ruins were some sort of watchtower/temple hybrid. Some time passes and they got the doors open. A flashback occurs we see spectrum tearing through all of the grineer on the ship while he is also destroying the ship... All except for a single escape pod. Back to the present the grineer finally set up the camp, then spectrum roars as he transforms into his monstrous form as the grineer realise that he has been following them this entire time. Then it switches to the final sceen with a p.o.v. switching between the captain, and spectrum while he is killing all the grineer at the ruins with his abilities, and weapons. The captain with no men and no where left to go other than the temple proceeds to run inside with spectrum following. It is then revealed that the ruins were the iron temple in the chase sceen that follows. The captain in the chamber of the iron lords then proceeds to hide behind the iron lords medallion. He looks around it and spectrum is nowhere to be found. The captain thinking he's safe proceeds to lean on the medallion, then spectrum is revealed to be on top of the medallion with the captain seeing him to late, then it cuts to outside the iron temple where we can only here the screams of the grineer captain as spectrum proceeds to kill him. Later on we see spectrum burning the grineer corpses, reigniting the bonfire in the temple as he closes the doors of the iron temple.

(AND YES I KNOW IT MAYBE TO LONG BUT I HAVE NOTHING BETTER.)

 

How to get him:

You get him from the lost light quest. If sold then you can buy his blueprint from the market, and you can find the rest from playing the index (chassis from bronze, systems from silver, and neuroptics from gold).

Ordis tells the operator that he discovered a grineer crash site on earth and asks you to investigate.

Mission 1: investigate the crash site.

Location: everest, earth

Tile set: grineer mountain forest crash site/ iron temple

Mission type: quest

You arrive in the crashed ship. As you roam arround ordis tells you that he is picking up on a signal nearby. Once he has a lock on the signal a waypoint appears leading you towards the iron temple. You then have to defend the doors for 5 waves as you open them. The emenies that you have to defend from are the grineer, ghouls, infested, feral kubrows, and during the final wave you have to defend the doors from the fallen from destiny. The doors being destroyed will result in a mission fail. Once you open the doors, You then have to search for the signal. You find the corpse of the grineer captian with a log beside it. Once you pick up the log spectrum appears and tries to kill you, its at this point that ordis tells you to run for extraction.

Aftermath: once your back on you orbiter ordis looks into the logs which he discovers that the captian took an A.I. from spectrum, and sold it to the corpus. Ordis urges you to find it.

Mission 2: recover the "A.I.".

You arrive on the corpus transport ship ordis tells you that they split the code into three seprate parts. The first part acts like a spy mission where you have to collect all three. losing one will result in a mission failure. Once you got all three ordis says that he will need time to sort remake the "A.I."s code. The second part is acts like a corpus survival mission. Once you reach the final strech ordis tells you that unknown enemie signatures have appeared on the ship. The final part of the mission acts like a crossfire survival mission between the corpus and  the destiny series vex. Once you survived for long enough, ordis tells you  to get to extraction.

Aftermath: once back on the ship ordis tells you he is done restoring the "A.I." when all of a sudden he starts to glitch out more than usual. Once this is done it is revealed that the "A.I." is a Ghost (who is voiced by peter dinklage). He asks a few questions where am i? why am i a ship? Who are you? Where's my guardian? Before he says i dont want to be a ship, he says "look I don't have time to explain why i don't have time to understand why i don't have time to explain", and gives you the coordinates for his ghost shell.

Mission 3: search for a ghost shell.

After you arrive the ghost (who reveals his name to be beowulf) tells you that there is a ghost shell nearby. This part of the mission is an excavation where you have to defend an extractor from hordes of grineer and corpus. The first one is not very successful only weilding a shell fragment, and beowolf tells you to keep searching. When you set the next extractor down he tells you that fallen and vex are coming, of course the operator asks what they are and beowulf tells the operator the gist of what the vex and fallen are. When the extractor is done its revealed that was not a full ghost shell but almost completed. Beowulf tells you that you only need one more part (the eye bit which has the actual ghosts personality) to have enough for a ghost shell. Beowulf then detects enemy movement, realising what the enemies are. He then reveals that the cabal are going towards you. When The final extractor is activated you have to defend it from hordes of cabal for 1 minute, after which beowulf tells you to get to extraction.

Aftermath: once you rebuild the ghost shell (which takes 5 minutes). Beowulf transfers himself into it, and of course ordis comes back (yay) with a few questions of his own and beowulf tells you and ordis everything including the fact that spectrum is his guardian. Of course ordis tells the rest of the gang (all the factions, simaris, teshin, maroo, clem and darvo.) about beowulf and everthing he knows. Simaris, curious about beowulf, wants to meet him and wants to include him in the sanctuary. But before you go an inbox message appears and tells you to meet up at their coordinates. You go to simaris first and they chat for a while before simaris asks him if he wants to join the sanctuary. Beowulf says no and you go on your way.

Mission 4: go to the mystery ally's coordinates.

Location: unkown location, earth

Tile set: forest, last city, the tower, twilight gap

Mission type: quest

When you land ordis puts a waypoint on your map, and tells you to go there. The first part of this mission is just walking towards the way point while ordis and beowulf talks about what they have been through. when you get to the waypoint it is revealed that it's the last city. This will act like a base of operations. Of course you meet the vanguard (zavala, ikora, and however bungie makes the hunter vanguard.), and before you introduce yourselfs the city is under attack by the grineer. You then have to defend the gates of the last city for 10 waves while airstrikes rain down on you. After which you'll be out numbered by grineer, then just when all hope is lost reinforcements from all factions appear and help you. You then have to suvive for 10 more waves without airstrikes.

Aftermath: you discover that the last city has joined forces with the tenno and wants revenge. They then send you to lua to cause a distraction while they plant bombs on the main grineer base. The last city also becomes a permanent node on your starchart and acts like a relay that can't be destroyed.

Mission 5: cause a distraction on lua.

When you arrive you are reinformed of the planned to distract the grineer. In the first part of the mission you have to survive for ten minutes while also killing grineer to cause a distraction. After you survived for the 10 minutes you are informed the get to extraction, however When you get near extraction. The floor collapses and beowulf follows you, and of course the hive dug some tunnels underneath the floor. you tell ordis to go back to orbit and wait till you find a suitable extraction point. Beuwolf tells you of the hive, Crota and his father, Oryx, and about the taken. You have to fight through hordes of hive, sentient's, and taken (including taken versions of all the common enemies). When you find a place to extract beowulf give's ordis the signal and your coordinates so that he can extract you.the final part of the mission and it acts like a 5 round defense mission.

Aftermath: once you extract beowulf tells you how to get on spectrums good side. He tells you about the scorn and how their leaders permakilled Cayde-6(the previous hunter vanguard) and his ghost. After he finishes you get the option to say one of three things. (depending on the choice you get a different response from beowulf.)

Sun: well, what are we waiting for?

Neutral: i hope this works.

Moon: lets go cause some chaos!

After you choose (and the response from beowulf plays) beowulf gives you the coordinates to a landing point in the tangled shore. He also states that you'll have to meet with an old friend.

Mission 6: cause mayhem in the tangled shore.

When you arrive, beowulf contacts his friend (who turns out to be the Spider from d2), and announces that he brought company other than the guardian. This shocks the Spider, and he asks that you come to him in person. When you arrive a cutsceen plays where you talk to the Spider as he tells you what went down in the tangle shore and reveals that 1)the vex, sentients, corpus, grineer, taken, and infested have occupied the tangled shore, 2)the prison of elders has been remade bigger with the same purpose as before (new arena), 3) new animals and bases have been constructed, and 4) there where scorn defectors (to lazy to make up a name for them) which surpises beowulf. After the Spider tells you this he asks you to do several tasks. 1) stop enemies from getting supplies, 2) disarm enemy explosives (basically an interception mission but with bombs), 3) capture a live animal so he can sell it to the business, 4) assassinate an enemy commander, 5) capture an enemy wanted by the prison of elders, 6) steal enemy information (spy bounty), and. Finally 7) escort a vehicle full of (insert name for scorn defectors here) to extraction. If you fail one of these you fail the mission. Once you complete the tasks, beowulf tells you that you caused enough chaos for one day, but before you can leave the Spider tells you to come back. When you do go to the Spider it initiates a cutsceen where he tells you go into operator mode, and gives you a melee weapon for you operator as thanks for helping him.

Aftermath: when you arrive on your ship beowulf tells you that it's time to confront Spectrum to use transference on him. Completing this mission unlocks the reef on the starchart, and the Spiders base (which acts like a combination of cetus, maroos bazaar, and a relay), the tangled shore (free roam mission), and the prison of elders (arena) is unlocked.

You arrive in front of the door to the iron temple, knowing what must be done beowulf tell you to defend him and the door while he gets it opened. This prompts a grueling 13 wave defense where the grineer, corpus, infested, fallen, ghouls, hive, cabal, vex, sentients, scorn, taken, feral kubrows, and void corrupted enemies. When you are done with the defense part of the mission, the doors open and beowulf tells you to go inside. While you go to the center of the iron temple the void demon talks to you telling you that its to late and he already has a body. When you arrive you find out that the body that the void demon was talking about is Spectrum. This activates an assassination like mission similar to the mission where you get umbra to activate. While you are in operator mode (because you told ordis to go take your warframe), the void demon uses all of spectrum's abilities during the fight (including his passive). This fight is split into 4 parts,  the first part he uses his abilities sparingly and uses fire mode. The second part he uses his abilities a little bit more aggressively and uses void mode, the third part he uses his abilities very aggressively and uses electric mode. And the final part he uses all his abilities as often as he can and uses all three modes at once. When you defeat spectrum beowulf tells you to use transference on spectrum. When you do this triggers a cutsceen where you are in spectrum's p.o.v. and you are talking to cayde-6 before his death after the red war about the future. Its then revealed that cayde was spectrum's only friend and that spectrum knows your there. Spectrum tells you that he has given beowulf to you and that you deserve to be a guardian, he's tired of fighting any way. This prompts the last choice in the quest.

Sun: "I'll take care of beowulf."

Neutral: "you've done enough, rest now."

Moon: "are you sure that you can give your ghost away?"

After you choose, spectrum fades away and you are sent back to the iron temple. You tell beowulf what happened, and beowulf says that spectrum said that he grew tired of all the wars that the guardians went through to protect the last of humanity. Ordis tells you to get to extraction.

Epilogue:

When you get back to the ship beowulf says this line. "Jacob, my guardians name was jacob. We chose to investigate the old orokin ruins but we were intercepted by ballas and his sentients." of course he tells you to remember him and gives you a special color palette (named remembrance) and tells you that he finished that and some weapons before the ruins. Beowulf then tells you to go to his house in the last city to get his weapons. This permanently unlocks Jacob's house in the last city, which servers as a base of operations for you besides your orbiter.

When completed you unlock Jacob's recordings in the codex. These highlight important events during his time as a guardian. (fall of crota, the taken war, the red war, the leviathan raid, Cayde-6's death, the hunt for caydes killers, the curse on the dreaming city, ect.)

So those are my ideas.

These are all super-interesting if a crossover between Destiny and Warframe were to happen; but even so, most of the ideas here can be easily morphed, to serve as Warframe-specific activities which is all super cool!

Alright what changes do you have in mind. (p.s. do you mind doing some concept art for these. I'm quite lazy and bad at drawing people.)
