Plants spawns are unacceptable

Just did 5+ missions looking for Frostleaf. Did not find a single one. Then did some research only to find out about a "bug" that the mission has to be the first mission upon starting the game or no spawns. Why this has been like this for at least a month(Yet revenant was nerfed in his first few days of release), I have no idea. Even so, tried it 3 times, nothing. Then read spawns are RNG. If true, it shouldn't be. At all, in any sense. As it stands, i only can get empowered blades by paying, which I wont be doing.

Maybe it's a PS4 thing, but I just did a PC run on Venus (Corpus Outpost tileset) and got ~20 spawns.

They only grow in larger, outdoor areas, but they have a very high chance to spawn in those areas.

Also, I have Empowered Blades. Please believe me when I say it isn't worth it. It only affects charge attacks, and it doesn't affect the Zenistar or glaive throws as far as I can tell, so it has no real use.

You people saying "no spawn problems here" or "I had X amount spawns" do not help the situation in any circumstances. At all
