Arbitration Survival One-Shotted

I was just in a 50min+ arbitration infested survival when I was instantly killed. I was a full tank Inaros with 8.2k hp, adaptation, full scarab armor stacks, arcane grace/guardian, didn't have any issues at all with surviving (never dropped below 80%). Unfortunately I didn't have my shadowplay running and couldn't clip it, but last I remember I was spin attacking into an arbitration drone when I was one-shotted.

This is what the EE.log looked like.

this is happening all the time to me in Arbies.

Had the same thing happen yesterday. What killed me was a knockdown from a moa so I don't know if that might be the cause.
