Survival Weekend Reviving

I finished the survival weekend with a score of over 20 min, but I didn't get my reward after the event complete. What's wrong? Do I get disqualified if I use revive?

If you are sure you got the 20 min, and haven't gotten the reward, support ticket is the way to go.

I assume the mission ended at 20+ minutes because you ran out of O2 - and not because you died?

If you died, then it doesn't count.

Make sure you ended the mission because you didn't have enough oxygen.

I died and it counted but it was dead when over 28 minutes or something.

So i guess if you die under 20 it doesnt count?

If you die, then you fail the mission.  You only succeed if you're still alive when the O2 expires.

Or had a revive left whilst the oxygen counted down.

Time doesn't matter if you died, period, unless you weren't alone and someone survived when the O2 went out. If you were alone and you ended your game in any other condition possible other than O2/life support reaching 0%, you failed.

Check the survival time. You can check it by clicking the top left corner (Your status board) and you will find out how many mins you made it in that event.

 

If you got passed 20mins than please check your primary weapon or check from the inventory weapon slot.
