Peculiar Growth doesn't work with certain weapons

I've gone through my arsenal and have noticed no Peculiar Growth effect happening with these weapons:

- Buzlok
- Euphona Prime (primary fire mode)
- Spira Prime
- Fusilai
- Ferrox
- Hystrix (inconsistent)
- Arca Sisco
- Aklbolto Prime
- Paris Prime
- Dread

Seems to be mostly projectile weapons, but there's some oddities here like Ferrox (which isn't a projectile weapon), or Pox being a projectile weapon that does actually work with Peculiar Growth.
