So you don't lose the rewards of your half hours worth of work, duh.

Yeah.... Like i will choose Warframe over Witcher 3, Bioshock and tons of other single player SOLO game for the "massive solo experience/content"...

If that's what you want there's nothing stopping you. I'm still not about to carry a bunch of strangers through a half hour of survival for nothing though.

There are very likely people in the playerbase who understand the webcode. Those are the people who need to be leaving constructive feedback in regards to Host Migrations, and until they do, host migrations will remain as they are.

Because no one at DE understands the webcode and they are just a bunch of amateurs that are unable to fix anything without the help of some experts in the community?

Its stupid to say you are only allowed to give feedback if you are an expert on something and can give a solution aswell. That basically means no one is allowed to critize anything.

You dont like that song? Well, learn to play all instruments used in that song first, learn to compose a song, learn to record a song, learn to mix it and when you are done with all that come back in a few years and provide a proper feedback with solutions on how to make the song better.

This whole "do it better or shut up" thing isnt helping anybody aswell.

Btw: When games are in open alpha or beta the devs usually ask for feedback of every player about which bug happened when and at which point of the game, they collect all the data and then search for the solutions themselves, because like others said, its their job. We are already doing part of their job by playtesting and mentioning bugs (which is ok, to find and solve some bugs you need many people. Thats what OP provided: What was the bug, in which gamemode did it happen. It could be a little more detailed maybe, but its already helping that the DEVs get to know that some gamemodes are more fragile to hostmigration bugs then others.

I get what you're all saying that if we don't keep bringing it p they may just assume we don;t care anymore and not bother trying. But in this particular case there is already a mountain of complaints about it, so large that it won't ever be out of sight. It's not like if we all complain enough, there's a chance it will eventually trigger an epiphany in someone's head about how to fix to problem. And it will never be practical for DE to hire a new full time employee to fix a single, temporary problem, not unless that person also happens to have useful experience in some other area that they're looking for and that's rather improbable. Perhaps it wouldn't hurt DE to just come out and ask those in the community who have the technical knowledge and experience to come out of hiding and offer up suggestions for how to solve host migration issues once and for all. I think a lot of the problem is the Bystander Effect, namely that the more people there are, the less likely anyone will step up to help, since they'll all just assume someone else will.

At any rate, if you want to make a post about it just to keep it visible, that's fine. But for God's sake, there's no need to be a $&*^ about it. DE works themselves into the ground to keep Warframe alive and growing, often at the cost of time they could be spending with their family. The absolute least you could do is be polite and respectful when bringing up a concern.
