Question About The Handgun ''seer''

Hello! since im still quite new to Waframe i got a question regarding the weapon ''Seer''.

 

first of all i got the blueprint for it but now to my question: Where can i aquire a Seer Pistol Reciever?? ive been searching but havent found anything how you aquire it so, does anyone knows?

Hey, the seer is "fun" but the zoom is a little crazy. @OP vor has a chance to drop all the pieces required in the blueprint. This form of blueprint with the pieces required to build "barrel, reciever, stock" is also the form taken by most weapons from the void. The more ya know

i have one with 4 forma, haven't touched it in a while... >_< the non hit-scan factor really kills it. It feels nice when using it close to mid range though. The explosions lol

i like the seer as well.  it takes some getting use to tho. you need to but a reload speed and fire rate mod on it so really help it shine. it can one kill with a head shot on most enemies, and the zoom on it let you use it more of a sniper than a pistol.

I likes it, too!!  (And I'd use it more, if the Despair knives weren't so fabulous.  But they are, so...)
