Being able to wield primary weapons upon dying as Ivara

I was playing around with Ivara today and found out that if you don't have a secondary equipped, then die while using Artemis Bow, you will pull out your primary weapon in your downed state.

I believe this to be an unintended behavior and should be fixed. Whether or not this affects other frames with built-in weapons, I haven't tried.
