Why am I warping everywhere on Uranus?

Not sure if there is an enemy that is doing it or if something else is happening. Playing an Oberon Prime on Uranus - working my way to the second dream - and in most of the levels when things start getting crazy OP starts warping out of battle? I thought maybe it was an enemy doing it, but more often than not I end up warping behind enemy lines and then have to wade through them to get back to my objective. I didn’t read anything about a passive ability like this for him, but that is what it feels like. 

Anyone know what is happening to me?

Could be a Grineer Commander, or it could just be extreme lag.

Grineer commander if you teleport somewhere and flop onto the ground similar to a heavy landing

I don’t think it would be lag because I’ll be holding a point and end up in another room (one that I wasn’t moving towards) Might be a commander, OP lifts off the ground first and glows red for a second right before he warps - kind of figured it was an enemy, but why would they warp you a relative safety? Seems like an important oversight on the commadee’s part 😉

Could it be a Loki player trolling you with switch teleport?

3 things it can be

• gaming on wifi, you should be wired to your router / modem

• your internet has a lot of packet loss and or high latency to the host

• the host has a crap connection with one or both of the above

All they can do is warp you to where they are/were lol. It works out strangely sometimes. Not much of a strategy unless it's AI is vastly improved.
