Warframe PVP

Well today i just decided to go in PVP and forgot to change my loadout so i entered with a volt, galatine, and the pistol you start off with i forgot the name but yes that was my loadout. I was up against a rank 0 excalibur i dont know how that is possible but that is what warframe said and he was using a skana alone and he was trashing me and i seriously dont know how and i can play PVP. Isnt a GALATINE stronger in power to a skana and i know you might say the attack speed is slow but remember i was using volt so i used his second power to speed up my attack speed and yes it did little to nothing and it maybe my keyboard or something but i never experience this before i am continuously stopping while running and i never experienced this before. I need help

All weapons and frames in pvp are much weaker, none of the typical mods are used. You are not going to be obliterating everything like in pve.
