После убийства королевы и возвращения на корабль начинается миссия но когда я там появляюсь игрового персонажа нету, ходить нельзя ничего использовать нельзя и из миссии тоже выйти нельзя(.

Sounds like a bug. Restarting the client and doing the mission might fix it. If not, reinstalling the game might. Other than that, filing a ticket to Digital Extremes zendesk support about this could solve it, not sure if it's in their power to autocomplete the quest for you in any circumstances, I'd try that as a last resort.
