Hall of Inspiration's major collision issues

So i finally finished my first Hall of Inspiration and started a new one, then i noticed some really annoying visual bugs. Obviously corner structures that are supposed to be partially invisible collide with adjacent rooms and energy rooms (built all around this hall) ceiling seems to lead to visual bugs through Hall's windows.

So there are obvious issues with how this Hall interacts with transparency, it should be solved asap since it leads to breaking bugs (first screenshot collision).
