Missing/Disappearing Items as of update

I lost two Nitian Extracts a few nights ago, a friend said he was certain he had Rhino Prime Parts, and a clan member said some things were missing from their inventory.

 

EDIT: Going forward please note if the items lost were earned before or after the update.

My Nitian were earned after the update.

I lost all my chroma parts as well idk where they are and now i cant build chroma

The last update messed with my platinum I had purchased the 370 platinum bundle spent 100 with a friend and I had 21 from a previous purchase which should have left me with 291 I have 66 so yeah

Lost my Umbra and the signature melee weapon. It still shows on the app, but not in the game.

After an update my silver grove quest auto completed and did not get my titania neuroptics and you can no longer repeat quest so i dont know what to do to get it
