0 (PSN)OriginalEquinox
I think they were only different during the solar rail days, now they're all the same exact thing but DE hasn't changed their icons
0 MrThumpy
The difference is the level at which they spawn (aside from the obvious difference in number of specters you can craft from one blueprint). (https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Specter_(Tenno)#Cosmic) TL:DR The Vapor specter spawns at the level of enemies in your current mission. The Phase sp. spawns 3 levels above the enemies, Force spawns 5 levels above and Cosmic is supposed to spawn 10 levels above the enemies.
0 Dark_RRiderr
Always thought it would be fixed levels, good to know. Thats really all? Only the level? (and blueprint different about cost and how many it creates?)
