Bug Decoration?

Guys I have a problem is this bug or it is my fault?

 It seems that i cant remove the smoke effect in our dojo I was trying to decorate our dojo and I try to use the smoke effect and once I want to move it, it cant be clicked and drag i tried to re-enter our dojo but still the effects is still there any ideas how to remove it?

its a weird hitbox, just aim above the decoration, thats what i did atleast

I did diffrent weird angles and even enter in it but still i cant find that hit box deym 😥😥😥😥

its a known issue , aim from the top / bottom and slightly around the diamond , the hitbox is elsewhere,
