Could Not Increase Focus Pool?

I have the focus points to spend, but it won't let me increase the pool. What am I missing or doing wrong?

Have you tried both from the focus schools view and from the focus tree view? I know that one of them tends to fail, depending on your ingame progression quest-wise. Like, you can increase capacity once, but then it'll fail everytime you try it.

@BiancaRoughfin (for the record, you don't need to do TWW or even Saya's Vigil to be able to convert focus points into capacity points).
