The boss fight in Octavia's anthem glitched or is it just me

So i got to the boss fight and now i am stuck on it! I watched videos on how people do it and for them it show where the blue notes are. i don't know if this is supposed to be like this but i can't see  them. Can anyone tell me if i this is a glitch or is it just me being bad at the game?

Have you got an image of it? (or video) That would help make sure its a glitch not you.

 

If you cannot see them, it is probably a glitch. Try again and if they are not there "Verify the Download Cache" in the launcher. And try again.

I know certain graphics setting will mess with the color and visibility of stuff in some Mastery rank-up tests, it could be something  similar to that.  Unfortunately, I can't remember exactly what the settings are.

I am sorry that i can't provide you with a video or an image, but i already tried again multiple times and it still doesn't work.

I haven't tried the "Verify the Download Cache" yet maybe that will work.
