Resources exist to help you price your own mods already, you should try have a look at them. Personally, I would not pay more than 100 plat for the riven you have (even that would be pushing it). For me, +SC and +AmmoMax are both undesirable. I would need to reroll the riven, and it has fairly high rolls already. Yes, some people would happily pay more.
