Unvaulting and prime access this year?

So I got a question to DE and/or Vet players, what is the rough intervals when un-vaulting happens, if so are there any projections which frames would be released from vault? Also when and how long does the prime access last and if we are likely to get a refresh this year or not ?

Christmas and Summer. However Rebecca said they want to increase them and shorten the intervalls to bring them more frequently
