One of the nifty features of arbitration is the +300% power strength to a frame.    What if we could put the vitus essence on our gear wheel and use that to give our frame +50% power strength per consumption during a mission up to +150%.   It is a sink for the resource that can be "some fun" but not so cheap that it becomes a "meta".
