Anisotropic filtering causing major FPS drops

Holy Moly! You are right. I have been playing PC games 14 years and never seen AF have that large of a performance hit!

i7-6800k @ 4.25Ghz
32GB RAM @ 3Ghz
GTX 1080 @ 2Ghz
Samsung 960 Pro NVMe SSD
1440p@144hz

152 FPS off
105 FPS 16X

30.92% performance hit from AF being OFF to X16. That is insane.
