Medium-sized spider enemies can track you while silent and invisible

The medium sized spider enemy that shows up after the alert level rises is able to target me with pinpoint accuracy while I am invisible. Both the web-shooting attack and charge attack would target me, even though I was moving around it without attacking at all. I haven't checked recently, but I think the ghouls from the Plains of Eidolon have or had the same bug at some point, although their attacks are considerably easier to dodge so the issue can be worked around. This seems to happen every time one of those enemies spawns.

Was playing as Ivara, using 2 silenced weapons and the Redeemer (which doesn't break her stealth, but alerts enemies with noise anyway).
