Only The host can catch fishes in Orb Vallis

Only the host can catch fishes in Orb Vallis, when a non host tries to fish the bar will prompt but after you catch the fish correctly nothing will happen, the reward screen where you lift your fish in front of the camera wont appear.

To add some detail: This only happens every time with the magnetic 'fortuna' fishing spear - you hook the fish, do the little minigame to snatch it, after that the UI for fishing disappears, the fish lets out a little magnetic pulse, and continues on its merry way. Fishing with the PoE spears works fine.

Also might be of note - this happens even when you start a bounty with other people, then leave (staying in Orb Vallis, just leaving the party) and fish. I haven't tried whether fishing when you go solo solo actually works.
