I throw the new spear and it electrocutes it for 2 seconds and then it flees.

Right now it's bugged so if you aren't the host you can't even if you're doing it perfectly. 

That said it's pretty strait forward when it works, Target the fish, throw the spear and click the mouse again when the lights get to the target segment to discharge the EMP/Capture the fish.

Heres a tip that will go far, Never play with others when it comes to the first few days of release with warframe content.

theres orokin robo-fishes, and they have tiers by complexity instead of size the more common are basic, and the more rare ones are magnificent

also the orokin fishes give from 200 to 500 standing, they seem to appear on small ponds, on the big lakes theres only normal robo-fishes

and you can use the water dye to see them more easily

heres a picture of the ones i got to catch most of them of magnificent quality:

Tromyron- Entroplasma

Tink- Dissipator Coil

Kriller- Thermal Laser (Warm)

Echowinder- Anoscopic  Sensor (Warm)

Mirewinder- Parallel Biode (Caves)

Scrubber- Exa Brain (Caves)

They all drop scrap.

So how does the damage done to the fish affect the quality? When I try to provide/dismantle those fishes, it just categorized as B / A / M.
