First glance...this looks really good, I also want to know how much plat this might be worth.

1st stat is useless and 2nd pretty much too, since it is already quite fast.
The last is quite good but that alone wont make this riven worthwhile.
Try to get Multishot, SC and some damage and you might be able to sell it.

First glance, it's trash bud.  Unless you're going for a utilitarian riven but theres better weapons with better base stats out there. shoot for mulitshot and status on bronco.
