Bloodshed Sigil

I really like the Bloodshed sigil. I think the idea is great. However I do wanna see one change regarding it, because the effect does not show up as often as I would like. It seems to be based on how much damage I took. For some frames, this is a problem. Inaros does not take much damage, therefore the effect barely shows up or sometimes not at all. The effect seems to go away when I heal as well. I would like it to be based on how many hits I took, or if I kill in melee range, not how much damage I took. the full effect is gated by health which I am not very fond of. It works on squishy frames obviously if they lose a lot of hp. Please DE, make the effect scale on number of hits, not number of health damage.
