DE - Can I have the option to scale UP my content?

I'm a simple man - I don't wanna one-shot mobs with my 6-forma weapon. I'd like an option to fight lvl 100+ enemies right off the bat, instead of waiting 1hr+ in Arbies and survivals. At the very least, I'd like to scale up my Syndicate missions. It would be extra nice if rewards were increased for fighting harder enemies, but for now I'd be happy to just challenge my builds with something.

There's a FINE balance between feeling strong and things not being free, you know what I mean? There are actually moments like this in WF! All I'm saying is let me get right into it, don't make me wait an hour.
