How do I do the Conservation missions?

No one seems to have this info out there yet. Someone told me I need to equip the Tranq Rifle, and I've had that thing equipped since the first bounty I did.

Well as it turns out you need to actually pull out the rifle to find it. Nice to know DE still doesn't explain their game after 5 years.

You need two things:

• Tranq Rifle
• Echo Locator (for the animal you want)

Get out the echo locator and you should find some icons appear on the map (like a paw). Go to one of those locations, get the locator out. You should find a little interact point. Interact, follow the footprints and find the end point. 

• It should give you the instructions as you go (once you start it)

 

I hope this makes sense. I am not sure what the best way to explain it is.
