Items from crates not counted as resources

With the new patch, it is now possible to get resources from the Orb Vallis inside crates as a chance, the problem is, that when you acquire these resources, they said you collect them as shown at the bottom-middle of you screen, but when you open your inventory/check mission results, these items are completely missing from the table. This is a very problematic as you can see, leading people who think they got the resource they wanted while in actuality they did not get anything from the crate besides health/energy. So you see my problem with this right? I dont know if it has been happening to others as well, but if it has please let me know, this is something that is a bit frustrating, especially for a looter game.

did happen to me and many other clanmates too....it is quite the problem when you cannot get the resources for the clan research.

This is still an issue for ores and gemstones. Fish parts are now fixed but these are still bugged.

From what I see is that you get the resources but with amount ZERO. When collecting resources there is a number next to it. With fish parts [fixed now] and ores [still a problem], I did not see a number there.
