Decoration Capacity Still Broken / Possible Increase

Whenever I add a decoration, the capacity goes down as it should, however once I delete said decoration, the capacity does not go back up, so now I can't place anything in my ship after I cleared it all out and tried restarting my decorations. 

 

On top of that, I still think we should get more decoration capacity, nothing crazy but just a lil bit more as they've recently been adding more and more decorations to the game.
