In response to your suggestions, I wanted to share two plans we have going forward: 1. We are looking into ways for players to intentionally acquire Rivens for their robotic companions' weapons. They will remain outside the Riven generation pool, as previously stated. 2. We will be revisiting Riven dispositions periodically, using the same rules laid out above, to further uphold our stated intentions. (Just spreading the News.) (PSN)Valar_Morgoolis
people who are buying or sellling for insane plat is on the bandwagon tbh. U gotta rememeber in general sentinel weapons are pure garbage so y spend tons of plat on garbage to jus collect. it jus doesnt make sense lol
Kromatia
If they wanted sentinel/robotic weapons to continue having rivens, they could make a separate category of rivens specifically for those robotic companions. Or make it something entirely separate from a riven and just convert currently owned sentinel rivens to that new mod class.

I do know the game well lol. Been playing for years. Like the guy said they are mosly used for utility purposes like crowd control/debuff or to jump start condition overload but thats it. The stats on the weapons are eh for high level content and thus mostly used for utility rather than killing which doesnt really warrant the tons of plat people are trying to sell them for aka they on the bandwagon plus like OP said, they are eventually coming back. P.S. the whole reason DE removed sentinel weapon rivens in the first place was cuz of the general opinion on them, which was no one wanted to unveil a riven to find out it was a for a sentinel weapon lol, this literally tells u no one really cared for them in the first place as they always ended up dissolved or transmute fodder plus there was never even a real demand for their rivens in the first place too. Point is everyone treated them as trash in the first place before they were taken out and now its jus collectors who dont know better buying them Edited November 12, 2018 by (PS4)AZN_RH
