Who is being vaulted? (If anyone)

So I read the announcement for Mag and Nyx prime being unvaulted. 

Will this be like every other time where you can get them with relic hunting? Or is it exclusive to being purchased with real money? I'm not talking about the accessories, just the warframe themselves.

And if so, are there any warframes and weapons that will be going back into the vault?

No new frames will enter the vault until a completely new Prime will release. You will be able to farm relics and get Mag and Nyx through gameplay.

According to the schedule of Prime releases, Mesa Prime should be released sometime next month, so you've got a decent amount of time to farm for whatever frame(s) that'll be vaulted.
