Orb Vallis environmental sounds have fixed panning

Topic, mostly. Walk around in the mushroom fields with earbuds on and you'll notice this immediately.

In case it isn't clear what I mean, many ambient sounds in Orb Vallis have a fixed left/right orientation, so that they do not correctly pan from left to right as you rotate your view or character. This is very disorienting for people like me who are extremely sensitive to positional audio orientation.
