Standing cap is still broken.

Basically. If you are about to reach the standing you need to advance to the next level with a faction, you have to leave immediately. As sometimes, it just straight up bugs in and STILL takes away from your daily cap, even after you reached the cap for the next reputation level. This is either a bug, or DE actually expects us to exactly calculate the amount of standing we need for the next level and how much we are going to obtain, in order to minimize the lost standing... Do have to note though, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Sometimes it properly stops you from gaining standing, once you reached the cap for your level, sometimes however it just keeps killing your daily limit off, without actually giving you anything... good design.
