Covert Lethality doesn't work in the index?

I am using Ash with a ceramic dagger, and when using Bladestorm, the targets are still standing.  Does this mod not work in the index?  Doing a search on the internet for it, I didn't see anything that says it doesn't.  Anyone know?

Iirc it never worked with BladeStorm, do you mean fatal teleport augment?

Oh well hell lol. I thought Bladestorm counted as a finisher.  Guess Ill gave to go with a fatal teleport build

Bladestorm does perform finishers, but it only uses some melee mods, and especially not mods that only work on one weapon class (Like Covert Lethality, which only works on single daggers).
