K-Drive pipe grind broken by minor geometry (repro example included)

Grinding down this pipe will cause you to "bump" slightly into the air when you hit the highlighted pipe connector, landing a few feet further down the pipe and ending the trick. This seems to happen every time on this particular section of pipe.

It's my understanding that k-drive grinding surfaces are determined procedurally rather than having explicit "grind paths" flagged by an environment artist, so It seems reasonable to guess there could be many spots around the map with similar problems, particularly if this prefab pipe prop is used in other areas of the map.
