Items losing all mods randomly in arsenal

UPDATE: Except for the single evening this kept happening, it has not happened since. It may have just been some glitch that went away after closing the game, and then playing it again the next day. If no one else has reported a similar issue, then I would say it was a rare glitch.

 

When I'm in arsenal, gear will randomly drop all mods. Even is I make no changes to the gear. The latest occurrence, I forma'd my frame, and my Moa and melee weapon suddenly dumped all their mods.

 

EDIT: This may belong in the regular bug section. Sorry. When I wrote it, I was thinking this is something new since the Fortuna release.
