Garuda’s claws in sortie missions

I was thinking Garuda should be allowed to use her talons in sorties that normally don’t allow melee, they are attached to her arms after all, she even uses them in some of her powers, why wouldn’t she slash with them, it’s not like she had been forced to not bring them. This would also just be one of many things that help make her unique.

it replaces your melee if you dont have one equipped, so it works as a normal melee, and its not exalted either

i think DE just didnt want it to bypass the no melee modifier in sortie
